Winston Farm provided an update on municipal review of its transformative development at the Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce breakfast Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2024. The report highlighted the vast benefits Winston Farm would provide, including vitally needed housing, tax revenue, jobs, more than $400 million in construction and an overall economic impact of $62 million a year after full buildout. Speakers Josh Sommers and Daniel Ahouse also outlined how Winston Farm is collaborating with the Town of Saugerties to provide additional information regarding development plans and their impact.
