Local residents and business owners Tony Montano, John Mullen and Randy Richers purchased the Winston Farm in 2020 from the Schaller family, which had owned it since 1961. The purchase was completed in recognition of the need to preserve the property and ensure it retains the local character that in so many ways symbolizes the Hudson Valley.
Collectively, Tony, John and Randy have lived and worked in Saugerties for over 150 years. They have built businesses, raised families and volunteered their time and talents to various community organizations and initiatives.
